Christmas at El Caldito

Christmas day at El Caldito was a busy one. 

Slicing the hams.

Preparing the vegetables.

Cutting the celery.

Volunteers began arriving early in the morning to slice the hams, prepare the vegetables and cut the fruit.  Later on the tables were set and the desserts put out.  Santa and his elves arrived right on schedule.

At noon we were all ready for the festivities of the afternoon.  The doors were opened  and we served about 500 children and adults.
